Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) 

The Mountain Creek State School P&C Association runs our amazing outside school hours care. The Mountain Creek State School P&C Association and Outside School Hours Care offers high quality care for children on the school grounds.

Service location

The service is based in the OSHC building located between the Prep 1 block and Year 1A block buildings. Children also use the heli pad, playgrounds, multipurpose hall and other school facilities as part of the OSHC program.

Prep children

Prep children can start with Mountain Creek OSHC from the January of the year they are starting school. Once school starts, our educators will walk preppies to their classrooms before school and pick them up after school to help ease the transition into school life.

Staff

All Mountain Creek OSHC staff meet the required qualification and training requirements set out in the National Quality Framework. All staff have WWWC - Blue Cards for working with children. Meet our friendly team at www.mountaincreekoshc.org External link

Programs

Our activity programs are designed based on the children’s voice at the service, national guidelines and our unique values of being P&C run, these are “our” children. There will always be a mixture of physical activity, arts and crafts, science, construction, imaginary play/home corner, games, interactive technology time and learning activities on offer.
