The Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Services Dental Van will be offering FREE dental care to all students onsite at Mountain Creek SS in 2022. In preparation for this visit we have issued dental consent forms to all students in Year 3 and Year 6. Please complete this form and return it to school as soon as possible.
The School Dental Service is a free service to all students at MCSS. Siblings in Preschool and High School may also be eligible for our program. For students eligible to the Child Dental Benefit Scheme, we will contact you for an appointment. All other students participating will be collected from class for their initial check up appointment and a letter will be issued home advising you of any further treatment required.
We will issue forms to students in other year levels later in the year. We hope to get a fabulous participation rate from your school and we look forward to meeting you all.
