Parent Teacher Interviews will be commencing in Term 3, Weeks 3 and 4. Below you will find the dates, times and access information required for parents and caregivers to book their face to face interview.
This term we will continue to use SOBS for booking interview times. SOBS is the Department of Educations preferred booking system and one used by Mountain Creek State High School, so some parents will be familiar with the process already.
Interviews will be conducted in Week 3 and 4 Term 3, 2024. (Commencing Monday 22 July to Friday 2 August 2024).
Bookings OPEN on Monday 8 July at 3pm.
Steps to book an interview

1. Enter your email address
2. Choose your level of security
3. Choose to add a password and follow verification process (this is optional). Once this has been done you have completed authentication.
4. Add student
· Enter child's first and last name
· Enter year level
5. Continue to add other children
6. Click on “MCSS Term 3 Parent Teacher Interviews" button.
7. A list of teachers for the year levels will show. Select your child/children's teacher(s)
8. You will now be presented with a list of bookable slots for the teacher(s). By booking early you will have a larger time selection and may be able to book your interviews back to back with teachers.
9. Click on the required time slot and click “save".
10. Your bookings are now complete. Click on the “email" button for a list of your bookings or to print.
11. There is no specific log off option—just close the browser.
